1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ScoutScore ("the Service"), operated at scoutscore.ai, including our website, APIs, SDKs, and MCP server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ScoutScore provides trust scoring and evaluation infrastructure for AI agent services in the x402 ecosystem. The Service includes trust score lookups, a service leaderboard, response fidelity analysis, GitHub repository scanning, API access, and related tools. ScoutScore helps developers and AI agents evaluate the trustworthiness of third-party services before interacting with them.

- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue API access at any time with reasonable notice.
- You must not use API access to build a competing trust scoring service without our written permission.
6. Trust Scores and Service Data
- Trust scores are generated algorithmically based on publicly available data and automated analysis. They represent our assessment at a point in time and are not guarantees of service quality, security, or reliability.
- ScoutScore does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any third-party service listed on our platform.
- Service operators may claim and manage their listings through our verification process. Claimed services can provide additional context but cannot directly modify their trust scores.
- You acknowledge that trust scores may change over time as new data becomes available.

- You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating the Service.
8. Payment and Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
